The ISO / IEC 27001 standard is a standard for controlling risk related to information security. The conformity certification with this standard provides the organization, the company or the administration which holds it, an assurance about the level of control of the safety of the information that it handles on its behalf or on behalf of its clients.
Used in numerous sectoral certification reference systems (health, electronic certification, telecommunications, etc.), this standard is increasingly requested by contractors.
Certification is issued for a maximum period of three years and requires annual monitoring audits. The certification can be renewed as many times as the customer wishes.
