To introduce ORSYS and its relationship with LSTI, we turn to Serge Gueguen, Head of Certifications & ORSYS Cyber Academy.

First of all, please tell us a little about yourself (your job, your career path, ORSYS training organization).
I began my career in 1988 as a programmer analyst for an IT services company. I then worked as a trainer in a training organization from 1995 to 2016, then as a freelancer between 2016 and 2017, the year I joined ORSYS as a pedagogical engineer. From 2018 to 2022, I was responsible for the development of the digital technology training offer - including cybersecurity. Today, I'm in charge of both the certifications offering and the ORSYS Cyber Academy.
What is the ORSYS Cyber Academy?
The ORSYS Cyber Academy brings together all ORSYS' cybersecurity training offerings in a single entry point: face-to-face training, distance learning, e-learning, seminars, practical courses, training with or without certification, professional retraining... In all, there are more than 170 courses! All led by experienced professionals in the field.
Cold reaction: what are the 3 words that come to mind when you think of LSTI's competency tests?
Realism, professionalism and recognition.

Why did you choose to become an LSTI training partner?
It's a strategic and historic choice that goes back to a time, in the mid-2000s, when very few cybersecurity certifications existed.
How do you see the LSTI/ORSYS partnership in the future?
Set to last for many years to come, with more and more new certifications to be added to our catalog!
For LSTI, having a network of quality training organizations to provide the best possible support for our candidates and future certificants is one of our core values: trust, quality, expertise and independence. These experts in quality and cyber training are part of our network because they share similar values.
